P2P is an instant transaction system. Sellers must respond to buyer actions within 24 hours. If no action is taken, the system will auto-release payment to the buyer. Repeated failure may result in a lifetime ban from P2P use.
For Buyers:
If the seller rejects a payment, buyers must re-submit the transaction with supporting evidence (e.g., payment screenshots). Inaction beyond 24 hours may result in the deal being auto-cancelled, with funds released to the seller.
By using Foxabit, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your violation of these terms, misuse of services, or actions by anyone accessing your account. This includes any legal costs or damages we may incur due to your activity.
